If you are into cycling and you are in Catalonia you cannot miss our bike tours in Costa Brava. We offer road bike tours for keen cyclists, like today we did with Amy who comes from the USA (see picture). Costa Brava is hardly 1 hour away from Barcelona heading to the north, direction to France. The easiest is taking a car/bus to Blanes or Lloret de Mar, but most of our tours start at Caldes de Malavella (meeting place) where you can get by train. Caldes de Malavella is inland but it is very easy to reach the coastal road.
In our bike tours along CostaBrava we ride the best road all over Catalonia! This is the road from Tossa de Mar to Sant Feliu de Guixols, a stretch of 25 kilometers of nice, rolling, and wide road with hardly any traffic even in the summer season. At the start of the road, we can see in the distance an amazing view of Tossa de Mar castle, which lays on the beach. Fantastic location for an amazing castle.
Perfect surface, very scarce traffic (just cyclists!), and unbeatable views over the sea, this is cycling here! In addition, in our guided tours you just have to focus on the cycling, do not worry about navigating and getting lost at any of the many roundabouts! You just follow our guide who will adapt the distance and the pace to your needs. Our standard tour is 75 km long including some interesting (and not-so-steep) climbs. In the end, you can also have the lunch after the ride at one of the beautiful places with great food that our guides know.
