Today we had a nice group doing our Barcelona hills tour. We love corporate events and cycling is the best possible team-building activity.
In these events there are usually many different skills, then we provide everything to make an enjoyable ride for everyone: several cycling guides, supporting van with drink and food, alternative routes for beginner cyclists, etc.
We provide carbon road bikes, helmets, pedals matching everyone’s shoes, etc. Also, it is very important the briefing before start to make clear every little detail.
The starting point and time can be adapted to any group as the route is totally customized in terms of distance and difficulty. We take the group cycling out of the city and lead to the best roads around Barcelona. It is amazing how quickly we get straight into nice roads and climbs in Barcelona countryside, out of the busy city center. The perfect day to enjoy good roads around the city while creating the perfect atmosphere for a corporate event. Also, the mild weather in Barcelona will make this one a memorable day.
Is there a better team building activity in Barcelona than cycling? Trust me, there is not! Good workout, teamwork, solving issues, leading groups, and on top of that, good fun!!
